Bilateral linear scleroderma en coup de sabre is an extremely rare form of localized linear scleroderma. In this paper we report the case of a 37 year old woman with bilateral, double lined. linear temporoparietal scleroderma en coup de sabre. Next to the bilateral distribution, she has on each side of the forehead two linear indentations, like two strokes of a sword on each side. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first instance of this subset of localized scleroderma in a bilateral and doubled-lined distribution. We treated our patient with oral alphacalcidol with a rapid effect on disease progression, and a remarkable decrease in skin sclerosis with enhanced
mobility of the scalp skin.
