P19 HYPOTRICHOSIS, FOLLICULAR HYPERKERATOSIS, ATOPIC DERMATIS, HYPERKERATOTIC PLAQUES: A VARIANT MANIFESTATION OF FOLLICULAR HYPERKERTOTIC ALOPECIA

Hypotrichosis with follicular hyperkeratosis is found in many genetic alopecic diseases. The aim of this report is to describe 2 brothers with progressive nonscarring alopecia on the scalp and eyebrow, extensive follicular hyperkeratosis, hyperkeratotic plaques on the extensor extremities and soles, and atopic dermatitis. We believe this uncommon entity maybe a new variant of follicular hyperkeratotic alopecia. The differential diagnosis is discussed.
